xorg .conf
By default the server will start both outputs (internal LVDS and external panel, in your case) at the closest resolution to each other possible. This can be overridden using PreferredMode in current server. Keith intends it to work this way. > This can be overridden using PreferredMode in current server. Which is already used in xorg.conf, but obviously doesn't help. :-( See also https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=257746 Maybe related to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10625 ? PreferredMode was ignored for me on TMDS-1 before Keith's patch. Indeed this looks like a duplicate. |
