according to geert uytterhoeven, ilbm should be better on amiga hardware, less flicker on updates. and, in fact, all amiga hardware should be able to handle ilbm. deferring this one for now, but i'd feel better if someone stepped up to add ilbm support to vesa and fbdev. ilbm has not been added to the 7.0 server tree as it is unused. it still exists in pristine condition in the monolith. partial lie, it was source added but never meaningfully built. cvs rm'd now but not repo-rm'd. Mass reopen. The "REMIND" resolution is lame, I'm deleting it. Consider yourself reminded. Long gone. |
