gdb backtrace
Not very reliable but it seems to trigger the crash: - run NetworkManager - run nm-applet - run nm-info (using NetworkManager-0.7.0.r3453, NetworkManager-gnome-0.7.0.r593) And this doesn't happen with an older version? I'm wondering if it is one of the patches or a newer NM just triggers a latent bug. Would be good to get the message that triggers this. Any other detail you provide would be great. I'm cc'ing dcbw to see if they see this issue in rawhide. Is this the bus or the application? It's the bus. Today I set up a second system to reproduce but wasn't able to do so (I still can reproduce it on my workstation). I'll provide details whenever I make progress on investigating this. Did you reboot after you upgraded? Yes. I can't reproduce this any longer :-( Closing as INVALID. Timo, actually we found the issue: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15588 and related https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15589 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 15588 *** |
