I'm making a public bot, and I want to let my bot allow strangers without adding them to the contact list. So I have to change the privacy setting, but pymsn doesn't support the feature yet.

In the 418th line of profile.py, there is "FIXME: set the privacy setting"

I'm looking forward to using the feature.
