TP_IFACE_CHANNEL ".ChannelType" is awkward to type all the time, and a little error-prone.

This branch generates TP_PROP_CHANNEL_CHANNEL_TYPE to name that property, and uses it. (If we want to be conservative, we could take the code-gen part but not the uses?)

Fixed in git, will be in the next release (0.9.2 or 0.10.0)
