Fargo currently assumes that all candidates are of type 'host' in XMPP
and type LOCAL in Telepathy. It should map between the two.

(Telepathy doesn't seem to distinguish between prflx and srflx candidates,
though - both come out as DERIVED - so we can't map fully; telepathy-sofiasip
also always uses LOCAL.)
