FriBidi 0.10.7 does not compile with MinGW.

./configure went ok.

Here is the output when running make:

Humm, that's kinda expected, as 0.10 series do not have a sophisticated Windows
libtool support.  Keep watching for the coming release, I have copied Ming
support from other libraries in it.

Leaving this open in the mean while.
