Description Doudieu Siewe 2012-12-08 10:49:57 UTC
Hello world,

I notice that there is a Gstreamer SDK for visual studio but what about other IDE like Qt? while Gstreamer if for multimedia manipulation Qt is a framework for UIs, it will be a good thing to put all these two frameworks together to build very great applications.

Using GStreamer and Qt together on Windows should already be possible without any problems. Do you mean integration of the GStreamer SDK into the Qt Creator IDE or another IDE? That could be added at a later point, the main reason for having only integration for VS in the beginning was that it's still the most-used IDE on Windows.
I'd expect integration into Qt Creator the be quite simple though, but I've never used it myself. Any help here would be really appreciated :)
