Description Adam Jackson 2004-11-22 13:41:50 UTC
3dlabs has closed drivers available for various Oxygen and Wildcat based cards at:

http://www.3dlabs.com/support/drivers/

The Wildcat driver is DRI-based. Source is provided for the DRM component but
under a scary-looking license header. The userspace components are only
provided as binary blobs. There may or may not be a linux Oxygen driver, their
download page lists eight Oxygen cards and six distributions, and I haven't had
the patience to try all the combinations.

To the best of my knowledge, no one has approached 3dlabs about opening these
drivers.

Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future.
