Description hortplumber 2014-08-30 16:26:29 UTC
If a user does "pulseaudio --start -v" but a daemon already running, the message "daemon startup successul" is issued. Imo, this is misleading because the command actually did nothing: Since a daemon was found to already be running, no action was taken. A message like "daemon already running" would be more informative, and also more consistent with messages issued by other daemons in similar situation.
