System freezes on screen "Stopping Mount network filesystems" insteat of changing to login console. I attach a freezing screen picture. System is alive. I have to type CL "chvt 1" or press "ctrl + alt + F1" to change to login console.

==Reproduce steps==
1. boot machine up

It appears to be just gdm failing to start (dies with SIGTERM). Look at the gdm logs?

There are many logs in /var/log/gdm directory. Which one should I  check?

When I look at the top of the screenshot, it looks like the system may be waiting for the user press some key before continuing. Perhaps you can press S to skip mounting some file system and continue? Maybe your machine had some problems with filesystems? Maybe you could try to force fsck?
